When I first transitioned into aesthetics after spending over 17 years in medical care and senior nursing roles, I made a quiet commitment to myself and to the people who trust me with their care: to treat aesthetic medicine not as a trend, but as a discipline rooted in clinical integrity, ongoing education, and genuine safety.

Aesthetics is an ever-evolving field. Technology advances, techniques refine, and our

understanding of skin biology deepens every year. Because of this, learning isn't something that ends with a qualification; it is a continuous, daily practice.

That is why receiving the Aesthetics Practitioner of the Year 2026- UK award at the GHP Global Excellence Awards is such a humbling milestone for me.
