Refreshing Heavy Eyelids Without Surgery with Plasma IQ

When my patients ask me how to treat tired, heavy, or hooded eyelids, they often worry that surgery is their only option. I’m incredibly pleased to tell them that it isn’t.

In the clinic, I focus on evidence-based treatments that deliver real results without the risks or long recovery times of an operation. That is why I introduced Plasma IQ, a safe, cleared medical device that is widely considered to be a non-surgical bleph designed to naturally lift and tighten the eye area.

How it works (without touching the skin)

Plasma IQ uses a clever state of energy called plasma. The device creates a tiny, controlled arc of energy that jumps from the tip of the pen to your skin, without ever physically touching you.

This micro-flash causes the loose surface skin to shrink and contract instantly. At the same time, it triggers a natural healing response deep down, telling your body to start producing brand-new collagen to firm up the area over time.

What to expect during your appointment

Because your safety is non-negotiable to me, I use a numbing cream to ensure the process is as comfortable as possible. Immediately afterward, you’ll see a pattern of tiny, neat brown dots where the skin has contracted. These act as your skin's natural bandage while it heals, gently flaking away over a few days to reveal a smoother, brighter, and more refreshed look.

No two pairs of eyes are identical. When you book in with me, we will look closely at your skin's health and lifestyle to create a plan tailored strictly to you.
